At Mustang Homes we have on staff a Certified International Residential Building Inspector. In addition, all of our plans meet the 2006 IRC Building Code Requirements.
Another question is do we have land?
No, we do not develop land or sell lots. We do partner ourselves with Realtors and Developers who can assist you in finding that desired piece of property.
What radius do we Build in?
At Mustang Homes we sell and build new homes in a 100 mile radius of Alexandria, Bossier City, and Monroe, La. We perform remodeling services on existing homes in a 50 mile radius of Alexandria, Bossier City, and Monroe. La.
What plan options do we have?
We have over 200 plans ranging from 600sf. to over 4800sf. to choose from and three different price levels of features that will surely fit your budget. Also, we will build your plan if necessary. Options are totally up to you as we design your new home from the foundation to the flooring with our own staff Design Consultant.
Will there be any allowances included in the sales price of the home that is the customer's responsibility to locate and select?
No, only if you desire them. Our concept is to bring you into our Design Center where we have displayed all product selections that you will need to make. In addition, we have a Design Consultant on staff to assist you with all of your color and product selections.
Do you provide financing?
We are not a mortgage company but have several Mortgage Associates and Banks that we work with in obtaining the best interest rate and term for our customers.
Do you use name brand products?
Yes, that is the one of the best values at Mustang Homes. We work with National Brand Products to get you the best quality but also the best price. Some of our associates that we work with are Kohler, GE, Mohawk, Anderson, Tamko, Owens Corning, Progress, Wilson Art, Overhead Door Company and Heatilator.
How long does construction take?
At Mustang Homes we strive to complete your home in a timely manner. Although, other variables may hinder us from doing so sometimes such as weather, size of home or availability of trade partners. Our past experience indicates a normal construction time of 120 -180 days on houses less than 3000sf. Homes over 3000sf could take several months longer.
Do you provide a Warranty on your Homes?
Yes, we do provide a 2 year written warranty on the mechanicals and a ten year written warranty on the structure of your home.
