Mustang Homes strives to put families in quality built, affordable homes. Real Estate Professionals are an important part in achieving this goal. Mustang Homes offers an exciting opportunity for local realtors/developers to earn commissions through our referral program. This program is designed to provide the Real Estate Professional an avenue to direct customers who want to build in lieu of buying an existing house and still get the sales commission they deserve. Please contact Mustang Homes and complete the necessary enrollment form to become a Preferred Associate.

Home Purchase Referrals

• You can personally accompany a customer to the initial Design Center visit and complete the Realtor portion of the Customer Registration Card.
• Or the Registration Card may be completed online once an appointment is set with our Design Consultant.
• A 2% commission will be paid to the realtor/developer at the construction loan closing.

Bonus Program

• We encourage our association with Realtors and Developers and want their continued support. Therefore, we offer a Bonus Program where we increase the commission rate for any ONE agent who refers more than five and less than ten customers in one year's period a 2.5% commission. If that Agent refers more than 10 customers in one's year period the commission rate increases to 3%. We look forward to working with Agents and Brokers to further the success of Mustang Homes.

Land Purchase Referrals

• Many of our customers do not have land, but are ready to build a house and need a realtor/developer that can help them find land. When this happens, if you are signed up as one of our preferred realtors, we will send our customer to you so they may purchase their land. A 2% commission will be paid to the realtor/developer when the purchase agreement is executed within 30 days of customer registration. A 1% commission will be paid to the realtor/developer when the purchase agreement is executed outside the 30 days of customer registration.

• The percentage of commission calculated will be on the base price of the home excluding allowances.
• This is not an exclusive arrangement with a particular Realtor/Developer.
