Step 1- Plan Selection

Visit our Website or call 877-323-5110 and set up an appointment to come into our State of the Art DESIGN CENTER and select your dream home from over two hundred plans.

Step 2- Price Selection

Select the desired features to reflect the price that best fits your budget and lifestyle.  At Mustang Homes you will be able to choose from three price levels.

Step 3- Financing

Obtain your pre-approval letter reflecting the amount you are approved to finance by using your mortgage company or our recommended associate mortgage company.

Step 4- Purchase Agreement

Complete all paper work with your New Home Design Consultant reflecting the plan and price for your New Mustang Home.

Step 5- Lot Evaluation

Due to our home pricing being based off a level lot we will need to set up a meeting on site to determine conditions and building cost associated with your lot.

Step 6- Comprehensive Design Meeting

This is our final meeting to review plans, purchase agreement, pre-approval amount, and lot condition associated with your New Mustang Home.

Step 7- Loan Closing

Now that we know the total cost of your new home and the lot requirements you are ready to close your loan.  The final purchase agreement and plans will be sent to the mortgage company to set up your loan closing.  This must occur prior to construction.

Step 8- Building Process

Now that your loan is closed Mustang Homes can start the permitting and building process.  During this process your Mustang Builder will communicate weekly with you concerning progress and set inspections with you on site as needed.

Step 9- Substantial Completion

Once your New Home is complete, we will ask you to walk the home with your Mustang Builder to ensure that all items are to your satisfaction.  Please allow two weeks for any corrections or completions to be made.

Step 10- Acceptance

Now that all items are complete we will officially hand you the keys along with all warranty and maintenance manuals to your Mustang Dream Home.
